1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and The Algorithm, operator of Regure ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Regure insurance claims automation platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you are using Regure on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Regure provides cloud-based insurance claims automation software designed to streamline claims processing through:
AI-powered document classification and data extraction
Automated workflow routing and task assignment
Secure team collaboration and messaging
Compliance audit trails and reporting
Integration capabilities with third-party insurance systems
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. User Accounts and Access
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your Regure account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account Security: You agree to:
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Use strong passwords and enable available security features
Not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks to our platform or other users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Regure only for lawful business purposes related to insurance claims processing. You will not:
Use the service to process fraudulent or illegal insurance claims
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to breach security measures or access unauthorized systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with other users' access or platform operations
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data from the platform
5. Data Ownership and License
Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to insurance claims data, documents, and content you upload to Regure. We do not claim ownership of your data.
License to Us: By using Regure, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve our services. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.
Our Intellectual Property: Regure's software, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and branding are owned by The Algorithm and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
Fees: Subscription fees are based on your selected pricing plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Prices are listed on our website and may be modified with 30 days' advance notice to existing customers.
Billing:
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the date you subscribe
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in service suspension after 15 days' notice. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated and data deleted.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all sales, use, VAT, and other taxes except those based on our income.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service Availability: While we strive for reliable service, Regure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Complete accuracy of AI-powered classifications or data extraction
Compatibility with all third-party systems
Specific uptime percentages
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, The Algorithm and Regure shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
Third-party actions or content
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Insurance Processing: Regure is a software tool to assist with claims processing. You remain solely responsible for:
Verifying accuracy of AI-generated classifications and workflows
Making final determinations on insurance claims
Compliance with all applicable insurance regulations
Meeting your obligations to policyholders and regulatory authorities
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Algorithm, Regure, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
Your use of Regure services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any law or third-party rights
Claims data or content you upload to the platform
Your negligence or willful misconduct
9. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@getregure.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for:
Material breach of these Terms
Non-payment of fees after notice
Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
Threat to platform security or other users
Effect of Termination: Upon termination:
Your access to Regure will cease
You have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion
Fees paid are non-refundable
Provisions regarding indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
Email to your registered account address
Notice posted on the Regure platform
Changes take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of Regure after this period constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use and terminate your account.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Regure shall be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between the parties
If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
12. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Algorithm regarding Regure.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, internet outages, government actions).
