Is there a guided pilot?
Yes. We offer a 14-day guided pilot with full platform access and dedicated onboarding support for up to 10 users. No credit card required. During the pilot, you'll work with an onboarding specialist to configure workflows for your specific operation.
What's included in implementation?
Every plan includes onboarding, workflow configuration, user training, and integration setup. Implementation typically takes 14 days from contract signing to go-live. Professional and Enterprise tiers include dedicated onboarding specialists.
Can I start small and scale up later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with one line of business or a single department and expand as they see results. You can upgrade tiers anytime, and we'll pro-rate the difference for the remainder of your contract.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual contracts receive 15% off monthly pricing. Enterprise clients with 200+ users can receive up to 20% off with multi-year commitments.
What happens if we exceed our user count?
You can add users anytime at your current per-user rate. We'll invoice the additional seats on your next billing cycle. If you consistently exceed your tier, we'll help you migrate to the next tier with volume discount pricing.
Are integrations included or extra?
Standard API integrations with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, and other common systems are included in all plans. Custom API development for proprietary systems is available in the Enterprise tier or as an add-on for Professional tier clients.
How does data residency pricing work?
Multi-region data residency (US, EU, UK, Middle East) is included in Professional and Enterprise tiers at no additional cost. You choose your primary region during setup, and data stays where your regulators require.
What if we need to cancel?
Contracts are annual with 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel mid-contract, you'll receive a pro-rated refund for any unused months minus implementation costs. No early termination fees for Enterprise clients.
